SCM Connext puts a distribution business's entire storefront into one app. Customers browse by category, purchase products, collect points, and track their orders, while the business manages orders and fulfilment from the same system end to end.
Commerce and loyalty are not two programmes here. They are one motion: every purchase earns, every reward is spent where the buying happens.

The app covers the full retail loop. Browsing and purchase sit at the front. Points accumulate automatically with each transaction, giving the business a built-in reason for customers to return without running a separate loyalty scheme. Behind the storefront, order and fulfilment management keeps the operational side in the same system as the sales side, so what was sold and what must ship are never two different lists.
It is built with Flutter and Firebase on REST APIs, running on both iOS and Android from a single codebase. For an SME, that single-codebase decision is not a technical detail. It is the difference between an app the business can afford to keep improving and one that stalls after launch because every change costs double.
SCM Connext demonstrates the honest economics of SME commerce apps. The value is not in novelty but in consolidation: storefront, loyalty, and fulfilment in one system, built on a stack chosen to keep the total cost of ownership at a scale a growing business can sustain.
