Rasyid cares about the things nobody is supposed to notice. The grid underneath a layout. The spacing that makes a page feel calm instead of crowded. The detail that still holds up after it has been printed, shrunk down, and handed to someone else to apply. He is who we go to when a job gets complicated. A hundred pages of structure, a layout in three languages, a system that has to stretch into formats nobody mentioned at the start. None of it rattles him. He treats it as a puzzle with a right answer somewhere and keeps going until he finds it. It is not that he works slowly. He just will not leave a loose end for someone else to trip over later. Work that comes back from Rasyid usually goes straight to the client, and usually stays exactly as it is.
